Pittsfield Police seek help identifying suspect accused of using stolen credit card PITTSFIELD, Mass. (NEWS10) -- The Pittsfield Police Department is seeking public assistance in a stolen credit card fraud case. According to the police, an unknown male used a stolen credit card at a local jewelry store. Get the latest news, weather, sports and entertainment delivered right to your inbox! The Westfield Police Department and Southwick Police Department are attempting to identify the same suspect for similar crimes. Women's Health Wednesday: Breast Reconstruction Surgery ALBANY, N.Y. (WTEN) - October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month. For women who have surgery as part of their breast cancer treatment, breast reconstruction can be used to rebuild the shape and look of their chest. There are several types of reconstructive surgery but the two main types are implant reconstruction and tissue (flap) reconstruction. According to the American Cancer Society, sometimes the procedures are used together to rebuild a breast and often times the process means more than one operation. In today's Women's Health Wednesday, Dr. Benjamin Schalet, MD, a Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeon at Albany Medical Center, talks about the process women may go through and how to know if reconstruction surgery is the best course of treatment.

'Mobility impaired' woman dead, 3 hospitalized after Panorama City house fire Editor's note: This story was updated to correct the location of the fire.A woman was killed and five people were injured in a house fire in Panorama City Wednesday morning.The fire at 8766 N. Matilija Ave. was reported at 8:08 a.m., and though it was extinguished in just over 20 minutes by 34 firefighters, a woman was found dead in the 1,500-square-foot home, the Los Angeles Fire Department said in an alert. Other residents of the home said the woman, whose identity has not been released, was "mobility impaired," and she was "lifeless in a rear bedroom" and "beyond medical help" when firefighters found her, according to the alert. 4.1 magnitude earthquake shakes Northern California (FOX40.COM) -- A 4.1 magnitude earthquake was detected near Isleton on Wednesday, according to the United States Geological Survey. Isleton is located about 40 miles southwest of Sacramento in Sacramento County. The city is located on the easternmost edge of the Delta Region. The USGS initially recorded the shake at 9:29 a.m. with a 4.6 magnitude. USGS's intensity map shows that as far east as Sacramento, as far south as Modesto, as far west as San Leandro and as far north as Vacaville felt some of the highest intensity of the quake. So far more than 1,000 'Did You Feel It?' responses have been sent to the USGS. The furthest report from the epicenter came from Olivehurst in Yuba County with a 'light' report. This is Northern California's second earthquake of a similar magnitude this week. A 4.7 magnitude earthquake struck along California's north coast on Monday. Video appears to show L.A. police cruiser hit another officer during chase  Video obtained by KTLA appears to show the moment a Los Angeles Police Department cruiser rushing to the end of a stolen vehicle pursuit in Sun Valley strikes a fellow officer running across the street. As the dash-cam video unfolds, it sounds like someone inside the police cruiser yells “heads up” just before the collision.  The officer running across the street is thrown forward into the air from the impact, lands on the wet pavement and slides several feet.  “I just hear helicopters then sirens,” Hector Morales said.  Morales, who witnessed the chaos, but did not see the officer go down said LAPD officers at the scene confirmed that it was one of their own vehicles that hit a fellow officer.  “I didn’t see that, but I hear that one of the fellow cops hit him,” Morales said.  The incident occurred on Oct. 13 just after 5 p.m. on Covello Street and Hollywood Way as police were in pursuit of a stolen black pickup truck.   Almost immediately af...
